Coming in at £560 for a 1-meter length, this cable sits within Chord Company’s Epic range, which is known for its high-quality offerings.
The Epic Digital Tuned Aray interconnect is designed to improve the digital connection quality between devices such as streamers, CD players, transports, and other compatible AV equipment. It features Chord Company’s exclusive Tuned Aray mechanical tuning for superior performance.
The cable is equipped with Chord Company’s premium VEE3 plugs, finished with the unique ChorAlloy multi-metal plating system. This innovative plating system surpasses traditional silver-plating techniques by offering significant musical improvements, reduced intermodulation, tarnish resistance, RoHS compliance, and enhanced solderability.
Constructed with two high-quality 75-ohm silver-plated oxygen-free copper conductors and PTFE insulation, the cable also includes a high-density, silver-plated combination braid and foil shield to effectively protect against high-frequency interference.
